Yahoo! Philippines is inviting Philippine-based web developers to a Networking Event where they can meet fellow RP-based Web Developers. The company will also share details about the Yahoo! Developer Network (developer.yahoo.com) and future developer activities in the country.
Yahoo! Developer Network offers Web Services and APIs that make it easy for developers to build applications and mashups that integrate data sources in new ways.
Yahoo! Philippines first held a developer meeting in October 2007 in conjunction with the University of Philippines-Yahoo! Hack Day. At the event, UP students demonstrated how simple it is to use Yahoo!’s open APIs to create web utilities that are relevant to their internet experience.
